    An Associate Content Analyst in the Officers and Directors team is accountable for providing non-financial information to clients about companies worldwide. This includes collecting integrated data on officers and directors, which is essential for assessing long-term performance and risk profiles of major corporations. The role involves researching company documents and accurately extracting relevant data. Analysts must handle team-related queries and offer experienced advice on content quality concepts and techniques to support improvement initiatives. They are encouraged to deliver tasks aligned with strategic team goals and demonstrate proficiency in database management, including handling queries independently.

     

    The analyst is accountable for database administration and sourcing exchange and supplied data. Staying updated with collection policies, procedures, and market developments is crucial. They assist in data-centric projects, review work for quality, and ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and completeness. Resolving client queries promptly and maintaining high standards of response quality and customer satisfaction is a key responsibility. Analysts must make quick, independent decisions and continuously seek ways to improve quality and reduce service requests. They are encouraged to suggest enhancements to collection tools and internal processes, including permanent fixes and preventive actions for client queries.

     

    Special projects related to ESG datasets may be assigned as part of strategic plans. Collaboration with global teams and data providers is vital to ensure high-quality data delivery. The role requires encouraging and positiive work environment, collaborating closely with internal and external departments to resolve data issues, and implementing automation to improve efficiency. Analysts must improve the use of available tools to maintain and improve content quality during daily operations. They are responsible for completing client requests and ongoing projects, adhering to company standards for data quality, and following change control procedures and content operations guidelines.

     

    Researching company websites and filings is vital to understand reports and accurately identify data for collection. The analyst is accountable for the quality of their work, which must meet agreed timelines and standards. Work is reviewed by the manager to ensure compliance with parameters of timeliness, accuracy, and completeness. The analyst works independently within their domain, takes ownership of problems, and recommends process improvements. Decisions are made within established guidelines.

     

    Effective communication, both internal and external, is crucial. A solid grasp of financial markets, current events, and attention to detail is required. General awareness and eagerness to learn are beneficial. The role demands multitasking and at least two years of experience in the Officers and Directors team.
