Wristcheck is growing! We're looking for a Consignment Operations Associate to support and streamline our consignment operations for pre-owned luxury timepieces. You'll be maintaining, controlling, and handling our inventory of pre-owned luxury timepieces, and will work closely with the wider team to facilitate and optimize our consignment flow.
Not an expert on watches? No problem - you'll learn everything you need to know about the intricacies of the watch industry, with a view to gradually increasing your scope of work to include pricing, quotation, channel growth, and client management.
As long as you're super detail-oriented, a great communicator, and excited to work in a fast-paced environment, then this role might be for you!
This is a fully on-site role based between our showrooms in Tsim Sha Tsui and Central. Occasionally, you may be required to work on weekends.
What you'll be doing:
- Facilitate our consignment flow by supporting inventory operations – this is a varied and dynamic role that includes data administration, process optimization, and tight communication with our global team
- Co-own inventory control processes , including ensuring proper documentation on all consigned pieces through our proprietary inventory management system
- Work cross-functionally with the wider team to update them on watch status and whereabouts, manage stock and online listings, and troubleshoot potential issues as they arise
- Respond to internal pricing and consignment enquiries in a professional manner, educating on and facilitating the consignment flow
- Identifying, raising, and implementing improvements to consignment management and seller experience
What you'll bring:
- 1+ years of experience in boutique operations, data administration, administrative/executive assistance, or similar fields. Those with less experience but who are eager to learn (including fresh graduates in relevant disciplines) are welcome to apply!
- Excellent communicator in written and spoken English and Cantonese; fluency in Mandarin would be a plus.
- Demonstrated proficiency in spreadsheet applications (Google Sheets, MS Excel)
- Meticulous attention-to-detail and a penchant for organization and streamlining processes.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to interface effectively across multiple levels of the business in a global team.
