Job Summary:
Client Centricity as one of the strategic execution pillars, we are looking for a motivated Associate to join our Derivatives Client Services team.Job Duties:
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the client enquiries function for Derivatives markets, ensuring that client enquiries are handled promptly and professionally
- Manage critical daily tasks on derivatives operations, including processing client on-boarding, reviewing technical tests and collaborating with other teams on scheduling rollout. Other operational tasks include maintenance of client databases, billing handling, device and updating relevant areas of HKEX website
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to increase efficiency, reduce costs and improve overall operational performance
- Collaborate with other teams to complete user acceptance tests
Job Requirements:
- University degree or higher in finance, computer science, statistics, or a similar subject
- 4 years or more of work experience in the financial industry, with a preference for roles related to derivatives operations (client on-boarding, technical testing and hotline). Candidates with less relevant experience may be considered for the “Officer” level
- A team-player attitude and ability to develop strong relationships
- Strong organizational skills, task prioritization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge in securities with exposure to Hong Kong and Mainland cash and derivatives markets
- Have an excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in VBA Programming and Microsoft Power BI is a plus
