Job Title: Change Manager Associate

Position Summary:
Our client is looking for a Junior Change Manager who will work with and under the direction of the senior team members to design and orchestrate change management planning, content creation, and delivery.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Creating change management strategies to achieve the organizational goals.
- Developing and implementing plans to manage change.
- Leading, coordinating, and managing change management activities.
- Coaching and mentoring staff through the change process.
- Monitoring and assessing the impact of change on employees.
- Providing expert advice on handling a change in an organization.
- Communicating change management plans to teammates and key stakeholders to ensure their understanding.
- Developing training programs to help employees understand and adapt to change.
- Evaluating the success of change management initiatives.
Minimum Skills, Knowledge, and Ability Requirements:
- A bachelor’s Degree in information systems, business administration, or a related field is required.
- Two to Five years of working experience.
- Change management certifications and experience are preferred.
- Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics.
- Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.
- Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.
- Familiarity with project management approaches tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
- Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.
- Comfortable working with all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision both individually and as part of a team.
- Highly proficient with Excel and other reporting and analysis tools.
