We are looking for someone who is focused and energized to support a fast-growing business and the complexities related to product timelines. The right candidate will be goal-oriented, have a passion for accuracy, love consumer products and enjoy solving complex issues. The right person will thrive in a fast-paced environment, working independently as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to: Product Management, Supply Planning, Logistics, and international Sourcing
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ORGANIZATION
- Execute project plan tasks for multiple high-revenue product programs
- Assist in day-to-day order management processes
- Provide and analyze reports as needed
- Participate in cross-functional team program timeline reviews
- Efficient and effective written and verbal communication with internal cross-functional teams
- Seek opportunities and collaborate with management to evolve current state processes
Proficiencies
- Ability to study and apply new information quickly
- Data validation and maintenance through checklist and audit processes
- Keen attention to details and excellent organizational skills
- Effective communicator: Strong listening, writing and verbal skills. Ability to project a professional image via email, phone/video and in person
- Highly self-motivated: Ability to take initiative and prioritize workflow
- Excellent analytical and evaluation skills with project timelines
- Familiarity with MS Teams, MS Office, and Smartsheet
- Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks; excellent time-management, interpersonal, problem-prevention and problem-solving skills
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE
Education and Experience
BA/BS achievement, preferably in Business
2 years' work experience in wholesale, manufacturing, or retail with an affinity for consumer products
Interaction and Environment
- Reports to a Senior Category Manager
- Blended work model with work in the Seattle office and hybrid
Salary: $30/hr-$40/hr

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience. tms is a total rewards company, which includes rewards beyond base salary. At tms, full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus, based on company and individual results.
