Job Description
Develop and execute tactical campaigns to increase TA’s share across high-potential activity categories.
Monitor and manage the performance of Join Business Partners and Prebuy Tickets to meet targets.
Develop standardized marketing valuation packages for JBP, Exclusive and Evergreen Partner.
Develop a strong understanding of ID Travel Activities, Cruise & Travel Package customer behavior, product offerings, competitive landscape, and the broader supply industry.
Effectively utilize and manage marketing channels to drive growth for Travel Activities, Cruise & Travel Package.
Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and execute initiatives, with guidance from the team lead.
Track and evaluate competitive movements such as pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, product expansions, and partnership developments (competitors: Tiket.com, Klook, Trip.com).
Propose and plan product, feature, and merchandising enhancements to improve the user experience.
Requirements
- At least 3-4 years of relevant working experience. Experience in Travel or Tlogy Industry is a plus.
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Marketing and Business related field.
- Proven experience in operations optimization and user journey improvement.
- Familiarity with campaign management and traffic channel optimization.
- Helping manager to do strategic planning and execution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
