Job Description
- Develop and execute always-on and tactical marketing campaigns to engage users at different stages of the customer journey.
- Plan and manage marketing promotions utilizing owned media channels, including:
- Email marketing campaigns (segmented, personalized, and automated)
- App push notifications (timely, relevant messaging for retention and re-engagement)
- Platform merchandising slots (featured promotions, personalized offers, and content placement)
- Align campaign plans with Strategy Growth Manager (SGM) and broader business goals to maximize performance and ROI.
- Work closely with creative, product, and content teams to develop compelling messaging and visuals.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, engagement rates) and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Use A/B testing to optimize email subject lines, push notification copy, and merchandising placements for higher engagement.
- Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM tools, and platform dashboards) to assess campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Provide regular reports with actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
- Implement targeted marketing strategies by segmenting users based on behavior, preferences, and demographics.
- Develop and execute personalized campaign experiences to enhance user engagement and retention.
- Optimize user journeys across different channels to increase conversion and lifetime value (LTV).
- Work closely with SGM, CRM, product, and data teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment of campaign objectives.
- Coordinate with regional/global teams to leverage best practices and ensure consistency in messaging.
- Partner with creative and content teams to deliver high-quality, impactful campaigns.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in campaign marketing, CRM marketing, or lifecycle marketing, preferably in e-commerce, travel, or digital platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot) and push notification tools.
- Experience in A/B testing, segmentation, and performance analysis to optimize engagement and conversion.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
- Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and develop data-driven marketing strategies.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Fluent in Japanese; business-level English proficiency preferred
