Join us as our new Associate Business Development Manager in Household Care, Global Marketing
As an Associate Business Development Manager in Novonesis’ Planetary Health division, you will be situated at the heart of our organization, joining an international team dedicated to developing and executing the global strategy and advancing the portfolio, and innovation for Novonesis Household Care. You will collaborate closely with a dynamic group of professional passionate about delivering innovative solutions and services that shapes the future of clean.

In this role, you will make an impact by:

  • Collaborate closely with Global Marketing Managers, regional account teams, and cross-functional teams to set the strategic direction, address challenges, identify opportunities, and support sales activities with key partners and customers
  • Being the Commercial head of key selected projects and drive initiative with regions
  • Translate highly complex technical products into strategic customer-facing material (presentations, pitches, value propositions, concepts)
  • Develop actionable insights by identifying and translating market trends, consumer insights, and industry dynamics with a data-driven approach
  • Drive and lead global consumer insight studies, ensuring high-quality insights that serve customer meetings
  • Lead pipeline building activities (trainings, workshops, reviews)
  • Drive and support customer visits to HQ

To succeed you must hold:

  • 2-4 years of work experience with a proven track record in B2B Sales, B2B Marketing and/or Management consulting preferable within the household care industry or FMCG
  • Hold a M.Sc. within the field of business, marketing, strategy, economics, or finance
  • Analytical and structured approach to problem-solving
  • Strong communication skills and ability to conceptualize ideas, insights and opportunities into sellable and testable offerings
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: demonstrate advance expertise in utilizing the MS Office package, with a particular emphasis on Excel; strong command of formulas, functions, and pivot tables
  • Ability to develop strong external and internal relationships, across both commercial and technical disciplines and to mobilize stakeholders for execution
  • Be proactive, take responsibility and work independently
  • Be a great team player
  • Commercial drive with strategic thinking, innovative and customer centric approach

Location: The job will be located in Lyngby with the option of working from home on occasion.
