We are looking for an Associate Brand Manager who deeply understands the UAE market, culture, and consumer behavior.
This role sits at the intersection of brand, culture, social, activations, partnerships, and execution.
You will work closely with internal teams, agencies, creators, vendors, and partners to bring Sav's brand to life across online and offline channels. We are looking for someone who understands how UAE audiences think, behave, consume content, and engage with brands - especially across social media, events, communities, and cultural moments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating brand strategy into real-world experiences and high-impact campaigns.
i. Brand Campaigns & Market Execution
- Support the planning and execution of integrated brand campaigns across the UAE
- Coordinate campaign rollouts across digital, social, creator, PR, and offline channels
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and execution across all touchpoints
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and executional excellence
- Stay closely connected to UAE cultural trends, consumer behaviors, and market conversations
- Identify opportunities for Sav to participate in relevant cultural and social moments
- Translate audience insights into actionable marketing and brand initiatives
- Continuously monitor competitor activity and emerging market trends
- Collaborate with content, growth, and creative teams to localize campaigns for UAE audiences
- Support social-first initiatives designed to increase engagement and brand affinity
- Identify community-building opportunities through events, creators, and partnerships
- Help ensure Sav remains relevant and culturally connected across platforms
- Plan and execute brand activations, community events, partner engagements, and industry initiatives
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, venues, and stakeholders to deliver seamless experiences
- Support event marketing, logistics, on-ground execution, and post-event analysis
- Create memorable brand experiences that strengthen awareness and consideration
- Identify and manage relationships with creators, influencers, communities, and ecosystem partners
- Support partnership-led campaigns that expand brand reach and credibility
- Coordinate execution across external agencies, creators, and collaborators
- Track partnership performance and optimize future initiatives
- Work closely with Growth, Product, Creative, PR, Operations, and Leadership teams
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable execution plans
- Maintain campaign calendars, project trackers, and reporting frameworks
- Ensure high-quality execution across multiple projects simultaneously
Requirements
Experience and qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in brand marketing, partnerships, events, activations, community, or marketing execution roles
Strong understanding of UAE culture, consumer behavior, and local market dynamics
Experience managing campaigns, events, partnerships, or brand activations
Familiarity with creator ecosystems, social media platforms, and digital marketing channels
Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Arabic language proficiency mandatory
Experience in fintech, technology, consumer internet, or high-growth startups is preferred
