Job Description
- Processing of Job Detail Reports and agency approval
- Processing of Job Billing adjustments as advised by the agency
- Processing of the Pro-forma invoice process and ensuring agency approval
- Completion of final invoice processing run and ensuring mail out within monthly deadlines
- Completion of all Resources document management to support invoice processes
- Ad hoc projects as required
Additional Information
Experience/Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years in comparable role in advertising/media industry
Knowledge
• Knowledge of GST and general accounting systems
Skills (including technology)
• Knowledge of BCC systems
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel
