KREWE is seeking an Associate Art Director to support the continued development and evolution of the brand’s visual identity. Working closely with the Art Director, this role will help translate creative vision into refined, consumer-facing work across campaigns, product launches, retail environments, and digital channels. The position requires both strong conceptual thinking and exceptional design craft, with the ability to guide execution across a multidisciplinary creative team.This is a hands-on role for a designer & creative with strong taste, production awareness, and a deep appreciation for visual storytelling.
This role is based in our New York City Headquarters 5 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Art Director in developing and executing KREWE’s visual identity across campaigns and brand initiatives
- Lead design execution for global campaigns & activations
- Oversee day-to-day output from the design & photo teams, maintaining a consistent standard of craft and quality
- Translate creative direction into thoughtful design systems that scale across channels
- Develop concept-driven design rooted in strong typography, composition, and visual hierarchy
- Contribute to campaign development through casting input, prop styling, wardrobe direction, and visual research
- Lead & collaborate with photographers, stylists, and production partners to bring creative concepts to life
- Support shoot preparation and on-set creative execution as needed
- Ensure creative work translates seamlessly from concept through final production
Requirements:
- 6–8+ years of design experience within luxury, fashion, lifestyle, or agency environments
- A portfolio demonstrating exceptional taste, typography, and attention to detail
- Strong conceptual thinking paired with refined execution
- Experience working across campaigns, brand storytelling, and multi-channel design systems
- Deep knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of print production and design for physical environments
- Experience collaborating with photo and video teams on creative production
- Clear communication skills and the ability to articulate creative decisions
- A collaborative mindset and passion for building a world-class brand

Salary (for New York only): Up to $115,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
This reflects the base salary for this position. Compensation may vary based on factors such as skills, experience, certifications, and business needs. In addition to base pay, KREWE offers annual bonuses, a comprehensive benefits package, paid time off, and employee discounts.
