Job Description

MCRA is seeking a full-time Associate, Analytics who will assist in the development and updating of the company’s analytics and statistical analyses. This individual will help with various projects, including but not limited to creating PowerPoint presentations, Excel charts and tables, and other administrative projects.

 

Main responsibilities include gathering and analyzing data from various sources to identify patterns, trends, and insights, and then using these findings to inform business decisions, and propose process improvements. The Associate, Analytics will work with project managers and business leaders to develop customized reports and dashboards. Key responsibilities include data collection, statistical analysis, and reporting.

 

The associate will be under the supervision of the Director, Analytics and should be prepared to perform ad-hoc assignments that are outside of his/her areas of expertise. The candidate should have the ability to work with technical and non-technical personnel. Due to the varying nature of potential projects, the analyst must have enough curiosity, drive, and inventiveness to become quickly acclimated to new fields.

 

 

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required (Finance preferred)
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional setting
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Ability to compile and accurately verify high volume of data.
  • Must be comfortable working in a high-pressure environment, with tight deadlines
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced skill set in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in Power BI dashboard
