This is not a back-end analytics role. You will act as a strategic partner to internal teams and clients, bringing confidence, strong communication and critical thinking into high-impact discussions, including bid defense meetings.
What you’ll do
- Contribute to winning new business by shaping country, site and enrollment strategies for clinical studies
- Prepare and present strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients, including participation in bid defense meetings
- Translate data and analysis into clear, practical insights that support decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (medical, therapeutic strategy, business development, operations) to build robust proposals
- Lead internal planning discussions and present analytical findings in a confident, structured way
- Conduct research across therapeutic areas using scientific literature, internal systems and market intelligence
- Support and mentor junior team members
What we’re looking for
- Experience in clinical research (around 3+ years), ideally within CRO, pharma or biotech
- Strong understanding of the clinical trial landscape and drug development process
- Confidence presenting to stakeholders, with the ability to influence and challenge constructively
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data into clear messages
- Analytical mindset, but with a clear interest in strategy, consulting or client engagement
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively and manage multiple deadlines
- Degree in life sciences, healthcare or a related field
