As an Analytics Solutions Associate within the Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Finance PXT Reporting & Insights product team, you will partner with business stakeholders and analytics teams to deliver trusted, scalable analytics and BI reporting solutions. You’ll build and enhance data marts, pipelines, and dashboards that make data accessible, discoverable, and decision-ready—leveraging modern cloud platforms and emerging GenAI/AI capabilities. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Build, enhance, and support BI dashboards and analytics solutions using ThoughtSpot and Tableau (plus SQL/Python; Alteryx as needed).
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, map source-to-target logic, and define calculation rules/KPIs.
  • Design and implement scalable data marts and data models (e.g., star/snowflake schemas) aligned to PXT Finance reporting needs.
  • Ensure reporting environments are robust, performant, and well-governed (metadata, lineage, documentation).
  • Create intuitive, executive-ready data visualizations that highlight trends, variances, insights, and actionable business narratives.

  • Tune BI reports and dashboards for performance by optimizing queries, data models, filters, aggregations, and user experience.

  • Apply structured problem-solving and “out-of-the-box” thinking to address complex business questions.
  • Maintain clear documentation for architecture, data models, pipelines, and governance standards.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • 4+ years of experience in analytics, BI, or data solutions delivery.
  • Strong hands-on experience building BI reports/dashboards in ThoughtSpot and Tableau.
  • Strong knowledge of BI best practices, including visualization standards, dashboard usability, performance tuning, and adoption-focused reporting.

  • Strong experience with Databricks and Snowflake (development and/or optimization).
  • Proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of Python for analytics/data workflows.
  • Solid understanding of data warehousing, integration, and data modeling (star/snowflake schemas).
  • Hands-on exposure to LLMs and GenAI use cases.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to translate business needs into data/BI solutions.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Experience with Alteryx, Essbase, ER modeling tools (e.g., ERwin), and enterprise metadata/lineage practices.
  • Develop and optimize ETL/ELT workflows and pipelines using Databricks; integrate with Snowflake as the cloud data warehouse.
  • Experience working in Agile teams and using Jira/Confluence.
  • Background in retail banking/financial services analytics.

Required Soft Skills:

  • Clear written and verbal communication; strong presentation skills (PowerPoint).
  • Collaborative, inclusive team player with strong ownership and initiative.

About the Team
Our Consumer & Community Banking division serves our Chase customers through a range of financial services, including personal banking, credit cards, mortgages, auto financing, investment advice, small business loans and payment processing. We’re proud to lead the U.S. in credit card sales and deposit growth and have the most-used digital solutions – all while ranking first in customer satisfaction.

The CCB Data & Analytics team responsibly leverages data across Chase to build competitive advantages for the businesses while providing value and protection for customers. The team encompasses a variety of disciplines from data governance and strategy to reporting, data science and machine learning. We have a strong partnership with Technology, which provides cutting edge data and analytics infrastructure. The team powers Chase with insights to create the best customer and business outcomes.

Skills Required

  • 4+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data solutions delivery
  • Hands-on experience building BI reports and dashboards in ThoughtSpot and Tableau
  • Knowledge of BI best practices, visualization standards, dashboard usability, performance tuning, and reporting adoption
  • Experience with Databricks and Snowflake
