The Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO) is the central function responsible for shaping and executing data strategy, analytics, reporting, governance, and workflow process automation across the Chief Administrative Office (CAO). The team manages the organization’s data assets and delivers innovative automated solutions to drive business objectives. By establishing robust data repositories and leveraging advanced analytics, data visualization, machine learning, and automation tools, CDAO enables data-driven decision-making and operational excellence. This function partners with stakeholders to streamline reporting, enhance insights, and continuously improve processes through state-of-the-art data and automation capabilities. 

The Workflow Process Automation team delivers best-in-class automated solutions that optimize recurring business processes, enhance productivity, and drive operational excellence. As a central function, the team leverages advanced technologies to streamline workflows, embed robust risk management and controls, and enable employees to focus on higher-value activities. Through innovative automation and continuous improvement, the team ensures efficient, secure, and scalable solutions that support the organization’s strategic objectives. 

As an Analytics Solutions Associate, you will play a pivotal role within a dynamic team that conducts in-depth process analyses and transforms ideas into scalable solutions by leveraging intelligent automation technologies. The Workflow Process Automation team focuses on customizing firm-wide intelligent automation capabilities to deliver cost-effective modules that accelerate execution, enhance controls, and maximize ROI. 

Job Responsibilities / Role 

  • Partner with stakeholders to identify manual process touchpoints, design future-state solutions, and lead development, testing, and deployment of intelligent automation. 

  • Manage and deliver end-to-end projects in alignment with the team’s governance and execution model. 

  • Ensure all automation implementations comply with company policies and standards. 

  • Collaborate closely with business units, technology teams, and control partners to ensure seamless and calibrated delivery. 

 

 

Technical / Functional Skills Required 

  • Expert with hands-on experience in developing intelligent automation solutions, with a primary focus on Power Apps and Power Automate, as well as UI Path (attended & unattended), Python, and Alteryx (advanced). 

  • Advanced hands-on experience with Signavio, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint). 

  • 5+ years of experience in technology development, demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities, project management, roadblock management, and solutioning. 

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills 

  • Certification in one of the following technologies: Power Platforms, UiPath, or Python 

  • Demonstrated innovation with the ability to translate concepts into visuals. 

  • Technical Designer / Solution Architect experience.
