IN A NUTSHELL:

You are passionate about connecting data with business results, and eager to develop your skills in a fast-paced marketing environment. In this role, you will support the delivery of high-quality data analysis, insights, and reporting that drive business outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow in analytics and work closely with senior team members to expand their technical and client-facing abilities.

This position will be required to work out of our LA office 3-4 days a week. 

WHAT YOU’D DO:

  • Analyze campaign and customer data to generate actionable insights that improve marketing communications.
  • Use advanced analytics and visualization to measure the performance and effectiveness of digital channels and marketing campaigns to drive overall media efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Aggregate signals & provide clients with success & improvement opportunities across organic social activity.
  • Contribute to organic social performance analysis, identify top-performing content, provide amplification recommendations, and keep the team informed on KPI trends and progress against benchmarks.
  • Support day-to-day analytics tasks, including quality assurance (QA) of data and reporting templates.
  • Employ data visualization and reporting techniques to communicate measurement results effectively.
  • Assist with internal projects that develop and refine analytical tools, techniques, and frameworks.
  • Build proficiency in key analytics disciplines and develop a foundational understanding of the broader media and marketing landscape.

WHAT YOU’VE GOT:

  • <1 year of experience in media analytics, data analysis, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Tableau and Excel, with the ability to work within data sets to identify trends.
  • Experience with one or more media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr, YouTube, DCM, DV360, The Trade Desk.
  • Experience with SQL is nice to have.
  • Knowledge of a variety of measurement methodologies and their applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to interact effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • A collaborative team player, adaptable in a constantly evolving environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop within the analytics space, with a passion for marketing and technology.

Base Salary

$60,000$72,500 USD
