Job Description

Primary Functions:

Maintain appropriate target stock levels, review customer forecasts, replenishment plans, and enforce contractual terms & conditions

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsible for the preparation, analysis and presentation of key business metrics, performance against targets & trend to management and use this information into productivity and profitability initiatives. Take daily action to review and resolve all outstanding issues, errors, and discrepancies. Coordinate actions with Supply Chain Management and Customer Operations team members Identify business opportunities, cost savings and creative solutions to problems encountered. Participate on test cases assigned and report results. Work with team lead to ensure key metrices of strategic accounts are achieved thereby delighting the customer Perform other task assigned by superior

Educational Background:

(List minimum education and required discipline, e.g. Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree, etc.)

  • Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering; Management Engineering; Operations Management or any Business course

Experience: (List minimum number of years and field of exposure, licensure, registration, and/ or certification required).

  • Entry Level or 1-2 years experience in inventory management; supply chain, & semiconductor or relevant industry

Knowledge, skill and abilities: (List the competencies the employees must have to be successful in the position)

  • Exposure in SAP inventory and warehouse management and B2B

  • Knowledgeable in reporting tools like Tableau; Power BI etc

  • Moderate skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint & Word)

  • Strong verbal & written skills and can present analysis to management

  • Self-organized and meticulous in his or her way of work to produce the deliverables on time and to expected quality

  • Possess problem solving mindset (root cause analysis), analytic acumen
