Position Summary:
Support the Finance area in Automation process, Fixed Asset Tracking, Internal and external Audit, Spending Tracking, Billing and Payments for Harman International
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- As a part of the supervisory responsibilities, if there is not an employee to attend the process, the direct boss will have to attend the process or assign the activities to another employee (with equal qualifications).
Job Responsibilities:
- Spending FOH Tracking Report (Base Cost)
- Fixed Asset’s (Review WBS & CIP)
- Multitran follow up (Brokers)
- Bank Statements
- Billing and Payment Control
- Sox (Monthly Cut Off)
- Fixed Asset Cycle Counts
- Month End Activities
- Automatization process follow up
- Maintain and improve the performance of existing software/tools.
- Test and maintain software products to ensure strong functionality and optimization
- Test or make sure that the projects are good.
- Recommend or create techniques for enhancements to existing software/tools programs as need.
- Develop and implement new tools programs.

- Experience with ERP SAP in modules FICO, MM.
- Product Knowledge and manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge in Fixed Asset’s Process.
- Financial planning and reporting.
- Advance/ Intermediate Computer Knowledge ( Office: Word, Excel. Power Point, Power Automate, Power BI)
- English 85%
