The Associate AM role will focus on all sales and account management tasks. You will lead on deals aligned to specific workflows and customer types as well as serving accounts within a defined territory (overall team or specified subset). The role works in close partnership with internal stakeholders as well as Sales specialists, Customer Success, Consulting, and peer AM’s to proactively drive gross sales and revenue including risk mitigation. Establish and reinforce operational excellence for yourself and the broader team.

· Proactively identify pipeline opportunities

· Maintain positive growth in your industry vertical and assigned territory

· Work to convert losses into wins to the best of your ability

· Utilize senior staff for training and guidance

· Help forecast, establish new initiatives, overall support for team

· Project manage

Qualifications for Business Development Representative:

· 2+ years in a lead generations field

· Excellent interpersonal capability

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Exceptional presentation skills (verbal & Written)

· Ability to prioritize different projects and stay on schedule

· An understanding of how to interpret P&L, Earnings, and Inventory reports

· A familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite

· Willingness to travel domestically

Compensation/Benefits Information:

LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $71,200 - $118,800.

Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Variable Incentive Compensation plan. Target variable compensation will be commensurate with the posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience. LSEG roles (excluding internships and part-time roles of less than 20 hours per week) are typically eligible for inclusion in our LSEG Benefits program, which includes offerings of: Annual Wellness Allowance, Paid time-off, Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Spending & Health Savings Options, Prescription Drug plan, 401(K) Savings Plan and Company match. LSEG’s Benefits plan also includes basic life insurance, disability benefits, emergency backup dependent care, adoption assistance commuter assistance etc.
