Job Description

Responsible for the day-to-day organization and administration of assigned accounts. Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the mechanics of the accounts. For this, be the main contact between the account team and other internal departments on issues relating to the efficient administration of the accounts. Junior Account Manager must be well versed and up to date on all the Agency’s system/procedures and must work closely with creative teams, accounts, FA, and planning divisions.

 Take responsibility for estimate/ invoice control and queries in liaison with Finance and Production

 Assist Account Director to formulate and implement effective advertising and marketing plans for clients

 Ensuring superior quality service and experiential marketing ideas are delivered to clients, and then implemented effectively and on time

 Take lead in the preparation of materials for clients meetings and regular reports.

 Ensure accurate completion and authorization of initiating and supporting documentation.

 Keep the team fully abreast of all competitive advertising and press coverage of the brands, their competitors and the market place

 Be the main point of contact between the account team and other departments and suppliers on issues relating to the efficient administration of the accounts.

 Prepare and distribute detailed, realistic and accurate schedules and timing plans

 Revise and reissue these plans as timings change

 Assist in developing the creation and delivery of the creative solution that is relevant to the client’s business/brand by working with Planning and Creative to gain a thorough understanding of the client’s commercial macro/micro environment, competitor behavior and positioning

 Assist in fueling the creative process and manage Creative team to ensure critical deadlines are met.

 Attend pre-production meetings with agency and client while liaising with producer on plans, changes and actions.

 Manage press production execution based on media schedules and deadlines.

 Check all copy for typos and accuracy of information used. Obtain client approval and ensure timely delivery.

 Attend shoots with client, work with Account Director on a wide ranging group into producing outstanding work for the clients.

 Work collaboratively to resolve any hitches by finding win/win solutions

 Assist in gathering information on industry and market trends to develop creative brief

Qualifications

 Min. of 3 years working experience in Advertising industry

 Detailed oriented, extensive, accurate product knowledge

 Good verbal and written communications skills

 Ability to collect, track and analyze large amount of data

 Excellent active listening skills

 Ability to build rapport and collaborate with other within internal and external team

 Understanding of consumer behaviours and industry trends.
