We are looking for an Associate Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will develop strong customer relationships and support account management activities, executing standard sales, renewal and admin processes where applicable. You will play a key part in driving customer satisfaction and ensuring smooth operational execution.
- Manage client relationships and sales activities across a portfolio of transactional customer accounts.
- Understand the sales cycle and acquire detailed knowledge to effectively support assigned accounts.
- Maintain pipeline hygiene (renewals and gross) in Salesforce, ensure completion of all client administrative tasks, and collaborate with Customer Operations for deal execution and support.
- Achieve at least average customer loyalty and satisfaction scores.
- Engage proactively with clients and vendor partners to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities.
- Oversee client onboarding, following defined processes and recommending improvements where necessary.
- Develop and complete Territory Plans to guide account strategy.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industry, domain, and target personas
- Support Account Managers on internal admin activities and client requests
Qualifications
- Experience in account management or sales support roles.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce experience preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of industry trends and customer needs.
