The Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Associate Director of Pharmacovigilance to lead and manage our offshore service delivery team. This role is critical in supporting global projects in Pharmacovigilance (PV), primarily focusing on the identification of Adverse Events (AEs) and Product Quality Complaints (PQCs), along with other parameters essential for reporting to governance authorities in respective regions/countries.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the offshore service delivery team to ensure high-quality support for global PV projects.
- Oversee the identification and documentation of Adverse Events (AEs) and Product Quality Complaints (PQCs).
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and timely reporting to governance authorities.
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the PV team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of PV activities with other business functions.
- Develop and implement PV processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching and development opportunities.
- Contribute to proposals and RFPs to drive PV business growth.
- Stay updated with the latest PV regulations and industry best practices.

Qualifications:
- MBBS and MD qualifications are highly preferred.
- Extensive experience in Pharmacovigilance, with a strong understanding of AE and PQC identification and reporting.
- Proven leadership experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines related to PV.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with global PV projects and offshore service delivery.
- Familiarity with PV databases and software.
- Strong people and project management skills.
