Principais Responsabilidades:

• Apoiar/realizar no processamento de aporte mensal e controles financeiros associados

• Executar conciliação bancária e identificar divergências para resolução

• Auxiliar no fechamento financeiro e contábil mensal, incluindo preparação de relatórios

• Processar pagamentos e recebimentos, verificando documentação e aprovações

• Monitorar e controlar execução orçamentária (budget), identificando variações

• Realizar lançamento e conferência de notas fiscais no sistema

• Processar lançamento de boletos de reembolso e acompanhar liquidações

• Preparar prestação de contas para controles internos (GVT) e externos (JLL-SP)

• Manter comunicação regular com equipe contábil da JLL-SP e outros stakeholders

• Operar sistema AXIA para registros financeiros e geração de relatórios

• Organizar e arquivar documentação financeira conforme procedimentos estabelecidos

• Apoiar na preparação de análises financeiras básicas e indicadores de performance

Requisitos Técnicos:

• Conhecimento básicos do Pacote Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Compreensão de rotinas financeiras e contábeis fundamentais

• Capacidade de interpretação de demonstrativos financeiros básicos

• Conhecimento de conceitos de fluxo de caixa e conciliação bancária

Formação e Perfil:

• Formação técnica ou superior em andamento nas áreas de Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia ou áreas correlatas

• Habilidades sólidas de comunicação oral e escrita

• Organização, atenção aos detalhes e capacidade analítica

• Proatividade para identificar melhorias nos processos

• Capacidade de trabalhar com prazos e prioridades múltiplas

• Interesse em desenvolver carreira na área financeira/contábil
