O que você vai fazer no seu dia a dia:
  • Apoiar os processos de Recrutamento e Seleção, desde a divulgação das vagas até as etapas finais, com suporte ao time e aos analistas.
  • Divulgar vagas em canais internos e externos, seguindo as diretrizes definidas.
  • Realizar triagem de currículos e apoiar a análise de aderência ao perfil das vagas.
  • Apoiar ou conduzir entrevistas iniciais (screening), conforme o nível de experiência.
  • Agendar entrevistas e manter contato com candidatos ao longo do processo.
  • Atualizar o status das vagas e candidatos nos sistemas de recrutamento (ATS).
  • Apoiar o envio de feedbacks e comunicações padrão aos candidatos.
  • Organizar e controlar informações e documentos dos processos seletivos.
  • Apoiar o acompanhamento de indicadores básicos de recrutamento.
     
Além disso, é necessário:
  • Interesse em atuar e se desenvolver na área de Recrutamento e Seleção.
  • Experiência prévia em recrutamento será um diferencial (inclusive com alto volume de vagas).
  • Vivência ou familiaridade com plataformas de R&S (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, ferramentas de triagem).
  • Escolaridade: ensino médio completo ou ensino superior completo/em andamento em RH, Psicologia, Administração ou áreas afins.
  • Conhecimentos básicos em Excel, Word e PowerPoint (nível intermediário é diferencial).
  • Diferencial: experiência com plataformas como Gupy e LinkedIn Recruiter.

Skills Required

  • Interest in working in recruitment and selection
  • Previous experience in recruitment is a differential
  • Familiar with recruitment platforms (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, screening tools)
  • Education: completed high school or ongoing/completed higher education in HR, Psychology, Administration or related fields
  • Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (intermediate level is a plus)
  • Experience with platforms like Gupy and LinkedIn Recruiter is a differential
