Co-Star is seeking a trusted right-hand to our CEO & COO. This role blends executive support with personal operations, ensuring our leadership can focus on what matters most.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the primary support for the CEO & COO, managing priorities, logistics, and time across both work and life
- Provide calendar, travel, communications, and operational support
- Anticipate needs and create systems that keep personal and professional commitments running smoothly
- Maintain flexibility to assist across a wide range of responsibilities with discretion and judgment
What We’re Looking For
- NYC-based professional with flexibility for both in-person and remote work
- Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage sensitive matters with absolute discretion
- Tech-savvy with strong communication skills
- Previous experience in lifestyle management, executive assistance, or hospitality preferred
