Responsibilities

  • Contribute to story refinement/defining requirements.

  • Participate in estimating work necessary to realize a story/requirement through the delivery lifecycle.

  • Perform spike/proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideas.

  • Code solutions and unit tests to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements.

  • Utilize multiple architectural components (across data, application, business) in design and development of client requirements.

  • Utilize .REST Services, Handlebars, HTML5, AJAX, and JavaScript to build WEB applications and provide technology frameworks to provide interactive applications.

  • Utilize C# and JAVA to develop, define, and host business rules and functionality in reusable micro-application architecture.

  • Use Agile SCRUM practices and assess client requirements to deliver solutions and facilitate workflow.

  • Use Epics to create business requirements into individual story components and create stories with clear deliverables and actionable outcomes.

  • Use Visual Studio, GIT and WebSphere to create and deploy software solutions.                      

                                                                        

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Engineering (any), or related: and

  • 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related IT occupation.

  • Must include 5 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Utilizing .REST Services, Handlebars, HTML5, AJAX, and JavaScript to build WEB applications and provide technology frameworks to provide interactive applications;

  • Utilizing C# and JAVA to develop, define, and host business rules and functionality in reusable micro-application architecture;

  • Using Agile SCRUM practices and assess client requirements to deliver solutions and facilitate workflow;

  • Using Epics to create business requirements into individual story components and create stories with clear deliverables and actionable outcomes; and,
