RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support activities to monitor compliance of the company’s subsidiaries and branches with the Subsidiary Governance – Enterprise Policy.
Coordinate with global stakeholders across the company to document, analyze and obtain approval for transactions amongst the company’s subsidiaries and branches, including creations, eliminations, changes in ownership and movement of equity and capital.
Perform analysis, monitoring and testing of a set of legal entity requirements for compliance with resolution planning regulatory requirements.
Perform analysis and monitoring of the company’s subsidiaries and branches Regulation K requirements, including validating their compliance with investment limits and permissible business activities.
Develop, implement, and promote Operational Excellence projects to support operational risk reduction and process simplification priorities.
Perform automation of manual processes by utilizing Alteryx to aggregate, manipulate and analyze data sets sourced from multiple systems and spreadsheets to produce customized reports.
Utilize Tableau to manipulate data sourced from a variety of systems and spreadsheets to create dashboards for interactive visualization of data and to produce customized reports.
Source, aggregate, transform, and analyze data from various systems and sources to perform reconciliation, variance analysis, and create customized reports.
Produce analytics, reports, and reconciliation using Ledger systems including Oracle with balance sheet analysis skills.
Analyze and recommend steps and tools to streamline and automate processes to mitigate error and enable reperformance in a consistent manner.
Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related: and
3 years of experience in the job offered or a related Finance occupation.
Must include 3 years of experience in each of the following:
Performing automation of manual processes by utilizing Alteryx to aggregate, manipulate and analyze data sets sourced from multiple systems and spreadsheets to produce customized reports;
Utilizing Tableau to manipulate data sourced from a variety of systems and spreadsheets to create dashboards for interactive visualization of data and to produce customized reports;
Sourcing, aggregating, transforming, and analyzing data from various systems and sources to perform reconciliation, variance analysis, and create customized reports;
Producing analytics, reports, and reconciliation using Ledger systems including Oracle with balance sheet analysis skills; and,
Analyzing and recommending steps and tools to streamline and automate processes to mitigate error and enable re-performance in a consistent manner.
