Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Be the representative of CP for all Lead clients, ensure onboarding processes, establish strong relationships, and manage client expectations throughout the M&A lifecycle.
- Workflow Management: Oversee and optimize workflow processes to ensure efficient and effective execution of transactions. Plan with partners the strategies for short term and long term goals
- Strategy Development & Implementation: Get an in-depth analysis of financial statements, business models, and legal structures of companies done and analyse the various critical aspects. Lead the Team in formulate comprehensive strategies for mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring, covering financial, tax, legal, and operational aspects. Manage direct and indirect tax considerations, ensuring adherence to all regulatory and compliance standards.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with all parties to ensure integrated solutions and smooth execution of M&A projects.
- Oversight of Entire execution process: Develop, evolve and ensure implementation of systems and processes within the team.
- Team Leadership and Development: Build, lead, and mentor the team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement within the Team
- Business Planning and Development: Being the Team Leader, work with Partner to make annual business plan, business target and strategies to achieve the targets effectively
