- Drive the development of people analytics capabilities, including dashboards and predictive insights,
- Serve as a key liaison between HR and IT and Data Office, to ensure HR solutions meet evolving organizational needs.
- Ensure process and data integrity, security, control and compliance across all HR systems and analytics platforms.
