As an Assistant Valuer in our dynamic and collaborative environment, you'll gain invaluable experience across diverse property types including office and retail. This varied exposure provides an exceptional foundation for your professional development and future growth in the valuation industry.

Snapshot of responsibilities:

• Inspecting properties with a qualified Valuer when required

• Assisting with measuring, taking site notes and photographs

• Preparing research for valuation reports

• Entering key tenancy and factual information into the valuation model

• Inserting market evidence

• Reviewing lease information

• Going over initial details with the qualified valuer to finalise reports

• Assisting qualified valuers to achieve client deadlines and objectives

• Developing your market knowledge

What you will bring:

We're looking for candidates who have completed a property (or related) degree and discovered their passion for real estate valuation.

You bring a positive attitude, meticulous attention to detail, and adapt quickly to new systems, processes, and technologies. Your strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are complemented by excellent written and verbal communication skills. You thrive both working independently and collaborating effectively within a team.
