Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Trade Marketing Strategy & Channel Development
- Lead the development of trade marketing strategies for offline channels to enhance brand presence and accelerate sell-out performance.
- Recommend channel-focused activities and promotions based on market insights, competitor benchmarking, and brand priorities.
- Work closely with Marketing to ensure alignment between brand plans and in-field execution.
- Design and deploy trade schemes for offline channels.
- Monitor scheme implementation, performance, and resource utilization to ensure commercial effectiveness.
- Work with related key stakeholders to develop and manage in-store merchandising to ensure strong and on-brand visibility
- Collaborate with Business Intelligence team to build and maintain KPI dashboards that track brand, channel, and customer performance.
- Consolidate and analyze channel intelligence gathered from field teams, partners, and market activities.
- Provide insights to support strategic decision-making and channel growth opportunities.
- Partner with across function teams to continuously optimize trade investment and cost efficiency.
- Work with Sales and Field Force teams to ensure full alignment and execution of trade programs.
- Liaise with external partners to identify opportunities for activation and customer engagement.
Support the development and improvement of processes that link marketing initiatives with sales execution.
Provide training and technical support for dashboards, reports, and tools used for trade performance tracking.
Ensure data consistency, integrity, and timely reporting across channels.
Key requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related fields.
- 3 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales Operations, Channel Development or similar roles beauty, pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with medical channels/clinic partners is an advantage.
