Job Description
Tasks:
- Providing supervision of operational tasks
- Represent the Site Manager during his/her absence
- Assisting in supervision of operations as well as administrative duties
- Conduct work in a safe and professional manner
- Assist with hiring, training, and coaching a high-performance team
- Create a staffing schedule according to the anticipated site run times.
- Maintain full compliance with the standard operating procedures, while always ensuring the safety and security of the site and employees.
- Prepare and process daily paperwork according to audit compliance standards
- Ensure that the site is clean and clear of debris, water, oil spills, etc.
- Create and implement a successful workflow plan, utilizing all aspects of the locations layout to ensure maximum efficiency
Requirements:
- Completed training or studies in the field of IT or comparable relevant professional experience in IT or equivalent
- Good knowledge in the data center as well as IT system environment
- Reporting and documentations skills as well as administrative skills
- High degree of initiative and willingness to perform as well as effective communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
- Have a general knowledge of electrical safety
- Structured, responsible, and independent way of working
