Job Description
This person should be able to follow instructions to set up, perform, and record standardized tests across a variety of product types. Previous experience in the automotive or industrial space is a plus. Candidates are expected to perform their day-to-day work independently and report findings to the Quality Assurance department in regular weekly meetings. Candidates should expect to perform tests across products including tire gauges, digital multimeters, mini fridges, ice makers and related automotive and home improvement products. This job can be physically demanding as it requires moving and handling supplies and products weighing up to 50 lbs. in a warehouse testing environment. Communication is also critical for this position as it requires recording test data and reporting findings.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
1. Record incoming quantities of products to be tested;
2. Perform respective standardized tests to products, recording results through written forms and pictures/videos;
3. Handle products and testing equipment in preparation for or after testing;
4. Maintain clean and sanitary working conditions;
5. Clean and repackage products after testing;
6. Suggest and create improvements to test procedures;
7. Assist customer service team for technical support regarding technical aspects of products including DMMs and general electrical questions;
8. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements and Qualifications
1. Experience in product hardware testing and electrical properties/components
2. Strong communication;
3. Experienced in Microsoft Office and Google Drive (Word and Excel; Docs and Sheets).
4. Attention to detail, especially in documentation/record keeping.
5. Hands-on DIY experience;
6. Must be honest, reliable, trustworthy, flexible, and versatile.
7. Able to adapt to fast-paced environment, focusing on efficiency and providing quick feedback.
8. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
9. High school degree is required; some college (Preferred)
10. Fluency in Mandarin is a plus

The work environment for this position is typically indoors in a warehouse environment, with adequate lighting and ventilation with no significant amounts of dust, fumes, or odors.
Unavoidable accidents and health hazards are unlikely.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Schedule: 8 hour shift,Monday to Friday
