Job Description:
Parsons is seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Project Manager (Arabic Speaker) to join our growing team in Dubai! In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the successful management and delivery of complex infrastructure government projects, working alongside a multidisciplinary team of professionals shaping the future of the region.
What You'll Be Doing:
Assist in day-to-day project management activities, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and quality standards.
Manage and control all project-related communications to ensure transparency, accuracy, and timely information flow across stakeholders.
Coordinate and oversee all project deliverables, ensuring timely submission and adherence to contractual and technical requirements.
Implement and monitor project quality management processes to ensure deliverables meet required standards and specifications.
Prepare and maintain regular project reports, including progress updates, risk assessments, and budget tracking.
Support stakeholder engagement efforts, ensuring that expectations are managed and communication is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
