Description
Your Responsibilities:
- Track task orders, contracts, and modifications through bid/proposal, award, execution, and close-out.
- Develop group financial metrics on a weekly basis for program managers
- Look to automate status, financials, opportunities in Deltek by writing group centric middleware
- Work with project managers to develop proposal materials including budgetary Rough Order of
- Magnitude (ROM)s, Statement of Objectives (SOO)s, Statement of Work (SOWs), schedules, and charge accounts.
- Monitor and communicate portfolio expenditures, resource allocations, and actuals.
- Monitor and communicate subcontractor performance.
- Generate, assemble, and coordinate delivery of contractual deliverables.
- Establish materials and content for quarterly program management reviews.
- Regular communications with stakeholders on program status.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory training requirements.

Salary: $38.46 per hour
Schedule: Part-time, approximately 24 hours per week to start
