Job Summary:

The Anderson College of Business and Computing at Regis University in Denver, Colorado invites applications for an Assistant Professor of Marketing (tenure-track) position to begin in Fall of 2027. Qualified candidates will have earned a Ph.D. or DBA in Marketing (from an AACSB-accredited business school) or a related field by August of 2027 to be considered.
The Anderson College seeks innovative, forward-thinking faculty who show potential for excellent teaching and outstanding research and scholarship. In line with our Jesuit history and values, we are particularly interested in candidates conducting research in the areas of Transformative Consumer Research (TCR), public policy, social justice, and/or environmental sustainability. Successful applicants should be able to translate their research interests into innovative courses, and they should also be able to teach across the spectrum of marketing classes including Principles of Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Marketing Research, Advertising and Promotion, International Marketing, Value Chain Management, Sales, and Digital Marketing.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • The successful candidate will be expected to teach five to seven graduate and/or undergraduate classes in their discipline based on the needs of various programs. The modalities may vary—in-person, online asynchronous, or hybrid—depending on the course, but it is expected that the candidate will primarily teach on campus.

  • Conduct high-quality research and publish in peer-reviewed ranked journals.

  • Perform service for the department, college, and university, including serving on committees.

  • Advise students around course registration needs

Qualifications:

  • A PhD in Marketing (from an AACSB-accredited business school) or a related field

  • Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and teach marketing courses

  • Demonstrated potential to publish in quality peer-reviewed journals

$75,000-$80,000 / annually, commensurate with qualifications
