About the Program

The MA in Industrial-Organizational Psychology can be completed in 12 to 18 months and requires no GRE or GMAT. Core courses in these partner-delivered sections are taught by GGU faculty, and graduates earn the same degree as domestic students. Program learning outcomes span I-O theory, assessment and measurement (including people analytics and AI-informed decision supports), research and data-driven diagnosis, individual, team, and organizational interventions, and the ethical, cultural, and technological dimensions of work.
