As Product Manager, Mass Affluent Savings, you will contribute to the strategy and execution of our savings portfolio. You will support the development of new products and optimisation of existing propositions, helping to grow and retain deposit balances while delivering positive customer and commercial outcomes.
Your work will span customer engagement, digital origination, onboarding, portfolio performance and product governance. You will bring together customer insights, stakeholder perspectives and delivery priorities to turn opportunities into well-managed initiatives.

You will join the Deposit Pricing and Governance Crew within the Mass Affluent Savings Squad. Reporting to the Product Lead, Mass Affluent Savings, you will work closely with Product Managers, delivery squads and partners across Technology, Risk, Marketing, Digital, Operations and the broader Group.
In this role, you will:
- Support the end-to-end delivery of product initiatives, including new propositions, product enhancements and regulatory change.
- Coordinate across product, technology, risk, operations and channel delivery streams to support timely, high-quality outcomes.
- Contribute to backlog refinement, prioritisation, initiative sizing and dependency management in line with strategic objectives.
- Plan and deliver insight-led customer engagement, retention and digital adoption initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve digital origination, onboarding and ongoing customer journeys.
- Monitor portfolio performance, customer behaviour and market trends, translating insights into practical recommendations.
- Contribute to commercial assessments, benefit estimates and informed prioritisation decisions.
- Prepare materials for senior forums and support effective product risk, governance and compliance management, including Design and Distribution Obligations and Target Market Determinations

- Retail banking product experience, ideally across deposits or savings products.
- Experience supporting both product delivery and in-life portfolio management.
- Understanding of the product development lifecycle and agile, cross-functional delivery.
- Strong analytical capability, including performance reporting, Excel-based analysis and translating data into insights.
- Experience developing customer engagement initiatives, such as lifecycle communications, next best conversations, offers or digital campaigns.
- Commercial acumen, including opportunity assessment, initiative sizing and prioritisation.
- Ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders across product, technology, risk, marketing and operations.
- Sound knowledge of risk, governance and compliance in banking or another regulated environment.
- An undergraduate qualification in business, finance or a related discipline is desirable
