  • Follow up with borrowers, employers, title companies, appraisers, and other vendors to obtain required documentation.

  • Evaluate loan documentation to identify missing information, inconsistencies, or potential issues.

  • Monitor loan milestones and condition statuses to ensure files remain on track for closing.

  • Coordinate with underwriting and closing teams to satisfy loan conditions and facilitate timely funding.

  • Track funding requirements and wire activity to help prevent closing delays.

  • Prepare and send approval or denial correspondence when applicable.

  • Maintain accurate records regarding loan status, approvals, denials, and cancellations.

  • Provide outstanding customer service through both phone and email communication with internal and external clients.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Loan Processor or in a related mortgage operations role preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with borrowers, loan officers, real estate agents, title companies, and other third-party partners

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment

  • Ability to think critically, solve problems, and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Conventional, FHA, and VA products
