Assistant Payments Relationship Manager

As an Assistant Relationship Manager, you will hold a vital position in nurturing and fortifying relationships with key stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with the Relationship Manager to ensure optimal levels of customer satisfaction and foster business growth.

Reporting to the Relationship Manager, you will be part of the Payments & compliance team, who are responsible for contract negotiation, issue resolution and stakeholder management.

What you will do

• Assist in managing relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
• Data management duties, such as managing client portals.
• Helping to manage launches into new markets.
• Assisting with administration duties, such as agenda management, recording meeting minutes, and governance preparation.
• Act as a point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and concerns, and ensure timely resolution.
• Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they have a seamless and positive experience with our platform.
• Assist in analysing market data to develop strategies for client retention and acquisition.

• Experience in Stakeholder Management
• Highly organised, attention to detail & the ability to multi-task
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Data-driven and detail-orientated with good analytical, problem-solving skills
