What You’ll Do:
- Investigate business anomalies (e.g., GMV drops, market share shifts) and translate complex data into actionable management insights
- Design and size ad-hoc coupon campaigns, from initial financial alignment and stakeholder approval through to execution and post-mortem analysis
- Field cross-functional data requests and build self-serve dashboards to automate reporting and reduce ad-hoc noise
- Continuously evaluate campaign ROI and user behavior data to refine promotional strategies, maximizing cost efficiency and minimizing budget waste
- Drive coupon studies on user LTV, campaign cannibalization, and new coupon mechanics to work with Product and Data Science teams
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in related role
- Confident in processing and analyzing complex data sets using Excel or Google Sheet (essential)
- Strong analytical skills and isn’t afraid of deep-dive analysis
- A start-up mindset, willing to work hard and do whatever it takes to get things done, sometimes under pressure but usually in a dynamic environment!
- Willing to learn about new concepts and methodologies
- Working knowledge of SQL (preferred but not required)
- CRM experience (preferable but not required)
Skills Required
