The Role

We are actively seeking motivated recent college graduates to join our growing team as Assistant Marketing & Brand Managers. This entry-level marketing position offers hands-on experience in marketing strategy, brand management, client relations, and business development, all while working directly under the guidance of experienced Executive Managers.

This role is ideal for ambitious individuals looking to launch a long-term career in marketing, branding, and leadership within a fast-paced and competitive marketplace. Your performance and development in this role will directly support the company’s ongoing growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with Executive Managers to learn and support company-wide marketing and brand strategies

  • Assist in executing initiatives focused on brand development, market expansion, and customer acquisition

  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients through consistent communication

  • Participate in team meetings, webinars, and training sessions to develop marketing, management, and leadership skills

  • Complete assigned tasks efficiently while contributing creative ideas to improve brand and marketing performance

  • Commit to ongoing professional development in a fast-paced, evolving business environment

Qualifications:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • High level of professionalism, punctuality, and reliability

  • Ability to adapt quickly to new responsibilities and changing priorities

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset

  • Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in an entry-level marketing role

  • Recent college graduate or equivalent educational background in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
