Sourcing Specialist – Strategic Sourcing (Client) Philippines

Sourcing & Procurement – Asia Pacific

SUMMARY

This role shall perform the Sourcing & Procurement (S&P) function for a client account in Philippines to support and execute strategic outsourcing, cost savings and, vendor management programs to support JLL’s S&P commitments.

OVERALL ROLE

This role reports directly to the Regional Director, Strategic Sourcing (Client) and requires a multi-disciplined experience in Integrated Facility Management (IFM), to manage multiple initiatives and integrated outsourcing programs.

Responsibility also extends to procurement governance, vendor management and deliver contract / procurement strategies to achieve long term client benefits.

This role requires experience in procurement and or Facility Management to support the portfolio of facilities in Philippines. This includes engagement with local FM teams to execute vendor sourcing and savings projects through effective negotiation and RFx programs.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Business support to Senior leaders

• Provide strategic S&P support across functional areas and programs that involve strategic outsourcing and vendor management across multiple IFM disciplines.
• Active vendor management in the form of regular interval business reviews.
• Assist in the process of developing vendor management strategy and strategic sourcing activity.

Functional Leadership

• Manage the RFx, pricing and negotiation process for the client on behalf of JLL,
• Provide account support in managing the Jones Lang LaSalle ERP Procurement Module. This includes system training, vendor performance management, and providing regular reporting to client account teams.
• Assist in developing and communicating the IFM and S&P vision to the client, JLL, vendors and Strategic Alliance Partners.
• Supports the strategies for negotiation of major programs, projects and/or vendor activities.

Operational Leadership

• Implement, and operate integrated outsourcing strategies, standards and guidelines, training, costing parameters and tools/templates.
• Implement saving programs set for IFM and S&P, and developing metrics for tracking performance.
• Implementing and maintaining procurement rules and standards set by JLL and client.

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION:  KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

Ideal Experience

• Business / Commerce Degree with at least 2-3 years’ experience in procurement, strategic sourcing and negotiation.
• Relevant work experience in IFM with knowledge of procurement for services related to facility management will be highly regarded.
• Management of outsourcing relationships and the ability to accomplish results through vendor management.
• Execution of vendor contracts between the company and the vendor, drawing upon good contract management skills, negotiation and problem solving.

• Experience managing multi country procurement teams.
