Job Description

Get to know the Role
This role is responsible for owning and developing Selection strategy for GrabMart from upstreams to downstreams to capture the untapped demand and to fulfill users’ shopping missions. 

The Day-to-Day Activities 

  • Lead GrabMart Selection growth & strategy to achieve the desired goals to expand Mart business

  • Construct and monitor performance dashboards to track the performance of operation metrics and execute on a timely manner

  • Meet, pitch, and lead negotiations with SMB / National merchants to acquire and onboard them onto GrabMart

  • Prioritize workstreams for merchant acquisition and merchant incubation teams to implement further 

  • Lead discussions with regional team to identify areas for product improvement

Qualifications

The Must-haves:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in strategy, commercials and/or business development, operations management

  • A Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, or related fields

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, while being able to carry given task through independently

  • Strong analytical skills to extract insights and provide recommendations 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Proficiency in Excel is required. Experience with SQL is a plus

  • Experience in team management is a plus
