Leads organization-wide HR special projects, including HR technology implementation, talent and engagement programs, process improvement, analytics, change management, restructuring, M&A due diligence, compliance, and audits. Partners with senior leaders to implement strategic initiatives, improve HR frameworks, derive insights from data, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.

role will focus on high-impact initiatives such as HR technology implementation,
developing talent strategies, improving compliance, or driving organizational
restructuring among others.
Responsibilities:
- Project & Program Management: Leading various HR initiatives from planning to
implementation, ensuring project deliverables are completed on time and as per
laid out expectations.
- Strategic HR Initiatives: Developing strategic & innovative programs for employee
engagement, retention, talent acquisition, and performance management and
work closely with the leaders to drive implementation.
- Process Improvement: Analysing existing HR frameworks and processes and if
required rebuild them to be better aligned with the overall HR vision.
- Data Analytics & Reporting: Create reporting dashboards and metrics for the HR
organization and publish periodic insights basis data.
- Change Management: Take the lead by supporting organizational restructuring,
conducting due diligences in the event of mergers & acquisitions from a HR
perspective.
- Compliance & Audits: Ensuring compliance with the laws of the land including
but not limited to auditing personnel files and payroll procedures.
Requirements
- 6 – 10 years of experience of working in Human Resources and atleast 4 years’
experience in leading multiple org-wide HR initiatives.
- Candidates coming from the management consulting or CEO / CHRO’s office
background will be preferred.
- Should have a hands-on working functional knowledge of all the sub-functions
under HR.
- Ability to think from a first principles perspective and always wear the hat of a
problem solver.
- Should have a high bias for action and be comfortable with working in a fast
paced environment.
- Good analytical thinking and ability to derive insights from data.
- Be comfortable with working on ambiguous problem statements
- Should have excellent written and spoken communication skills and the tenacity
to stay the course amid hurdles and challenges.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and should have the ability to persuade other
stakeholders to work together and achieve common goals.
Skills Required
- 6–10 years of experience working in Human Resources
- At least 4 years of experience leading multiple organization-wide HR initiatives
- Management consulting or CEO/CHRO office background
- Hands-on functional knowledge of all HR sub-functions
- Analytical thinking and ability to derive insights from data
