Key responsibilities:

Responsible for Repairs and Maintenance of all equipment’s having Elect and Instrumentation parts and trouble-shoot Electric/Electronic/ SCADA/PLC related problem in any breakdown to reduce downtime.

Take responsibility of executing electronics/ electrical part in development projects and Prepare project proposals for new projects

Monitor and follow calibration schedule.

To work closely with process Engineer for Dish, Kiln and other process controls.

Ensure good housekeeping after repairs are done.

Help Stores finalize list for stocking items needed for regular Maintenance
-
Train workers for new equipment or Technology.

To submit Performance Matrix before decided time frame.

To appraise manpower based on Performance.

To Drive EHS and GMP guidelines at Shop floor level

To take verbal and written disciplinary actions as and when required on the team

To prepare Weekly and Monthly Maintenance reports and comment on deviations if any with decided objectives.

To carryout trend analysis and prepare an action plan for continuous improvement.

To Gather information from STAS, Chart, GMS, Log book and Daily Operations meeting and prepare a troubleshooting action plan.

To participate in various Qualitivity teams.

To Participate in HCM/Printing/GMR up gradation Projects.

To carryout jobs as agreed with Next level Supervisor.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Key Requirements:

Degree in BE (Instrumentation or Electrical)

5-10 years' experience required
