As an Assistant Manager, Cross-Tier Ecosystem & Channel Integration , you will play a critical role in advancing how GM connects media, channels, and teams across national, zone, and local tiers. This role focuses on driving integration across the ecosystem, ensuring that media strategies, channel execution, and cross-functional initiatives are coordinated, scalable, and aligned to business outcomes.
You will partner closely with extended MediaOne, brand, and agency teams to orchestrate channel integration and activation, while improving consistency, efficiency, and performance across the cross-tier system. This role blends strategic integration, operational rigor, and channel expertise, with a strong emphasis on enabling teams to execute against unified planning frameworks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with channel leads (Video, Social, Search, Programmatic, etc) to drive consistent application of best practices and translate channel strategies into clear, actionable guidance for integrated cross-tier execution.
- Align internal MediaOne, agency partners, and vendor teams to deliver coordinated, full-funnel go-to-market strategies across brands and tiers.
- Reinforce standardized planning frameworks, taxonomy, and tools to improve consistency, quality, and scalability across national and local teams.
- Support the development and scaling of integrated, cross-channel playbooks that enable repeatable and efficient execution across brands and priority markets.
- Partner with internal and agency stakeholders to align priorities, timing, and deliverables, ensuring seamless execution across initiatives.
- Develop executive-ready materials that synthesize performance, highlight integration opportunities, and clearly articulate actionable next steps for leadership.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in media planning, strategy, or channel management
- Demonstrated understanding of media channels, planning processes, and campaign execution
- Experience working across multi-channel or integrated media environments
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Experience developing presentations and materials for business or leadership audiences
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree required; preferred in marketing, business, or related fields
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of GM structures and processes
- Automotive experience
- Understanding of audience-based and reach-based planning
