Job Description
This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You’ll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
About the Role
As Assistant Manager, Broadcast Strategy, you will lead the planning of Kohl’s video and radio advertising in close partnership with the Media, Product Strategy and Promotional Strategy teams.
What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day development and maintenance of video plans and flowcharts in partnership with the Media team
- Proactively gather product and promotional priorities for video content, considering balance across content
- Update and maintain strategy documents with the latest details and proactively communicate updates to partners
- Develop tactical creative assignments as needed
- Demonstrate a balance of strategic understanding and attention to detail to implement best practices and drive thoughtful year-over-year optimization of content
- Additional tasks may be assigned
What Skills You Have
Required
3+ years of Broadcast Marketing, Marketing Strategy and/or Media experience
Proven ability to influence change and drive strategy
Ability to balance the big picture with strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Strong understanding of Media principles and best practices
Experience building presentations for leadership
