Dubizzle Labs is on the lookout for a creative Assistant Manager - Marketing to join our team. The perfect candidate will have a crucial role in designing and implementing Marketing strategies that deeply resonate with our company's identity, and drive our presence in the market.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute extensive marketing strategies that align closely with company goals.
- Oversee the creation and execution of branding campaigns, both online and offline.
- Craft captivating and inventive content that effectively communicates the company's brand identity.
- Manage and supervise the company's social media presence, maintaining a coherent brand voice and actively engaging with the audience.
- Carry out market research to spot industry trends, and competitive positioning to guide branding choices.
- Stay updated with the latest design and branding trends, skilfully incorporating them into the company's branding approach.
- Organize fun events within the company to bring employees together, boost their morale, and strengthen their commitment and enthusiasm.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in branding, marketing, or related positions.
- Demonstrates a track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across different channels.
- Proficiently handles social media platforms and possesses experience in managing brand-related social media accounts.
- Possesses a keen eye for design aesthetics and meticulous attention to detail.
- Capable of juggling multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Demonstrates self-motivation, proactivity, and adeptness in working both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
