Position Overview

As an Assistant Lot Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the organization, cleanliness, and readiness of vehicles across our dealership lots. This role plays a key part in supporting the sales team and ensuring a positive customer experience from the moment they arrive on the lot.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage vehicle placement across the lot
  • Move, clean, and prepare vehicles for display and delivery
  • Maintain a clean, presentable lot environment
  • Assist sales team with vehicle location and customer needs
  • Perform regular vehicle inventory audits and documentation
  • Ensure timely completion of daily and weekly lot tasks
  • Complete other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Basic automotive knowledge
  • Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
  • Familiarity with Excel, IDMS, IKON is a plus
  • Good communication skills and legible handwriting
  • Strong attendance and punctuality record

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical capability to get in/out of vehicles frequently and lift up to 25 lbs
  • Must be able to work outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions

Compensation & Schedule

  • Hourly Rate: $13 per hour (compensation may vary base on experience)
  • Incentives: Opportunities for advancement based on performance
  • Schedule*: Full-time | Monday–Friday (Occasional Saturdays)
