Position Overview
As an Assistant Lot Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the organization, cleanliness, and readiness of vehicles across our dealership lots. This role plays a key part in supporting the sales team and ensuring a positive customer experience from the moment they arrive on the lot.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and manage vehicle placement across the lot
- Move, clean, and prepare vehicles for display and delivery
- Maintain a clean, presentable lot environment
- Assist sales team with vehicle location and customer needs
- Perform regular vehicle inventory audits and documentation
- Ensure timely completion of daily and weekly lot tasks
- Complete other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License
- Basic automotive knowledge
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
- Familiarity with Excel, IDMS, IKON is a plus
- Good communication skills and legible handwriting
- Strong attendance and punctuality record
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Physical capability to get in/out of vehicles frequently and lift up to 25 lbs
- Must be able to work outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions
Compensation & Schedule
- Hourly Rate: $13 per hour (compensation may vary base on experience)
- Incentives: Opportunities for advancement based on performance
- Schedule*: Full-time | Monday–Friday (Occasional Saturdays)
